Advertised rates displayed are for 2 people.
We reserve the right to refuse check-in or charge additional extra person charges directly if there are more people staying than what is stated on the booking.
All rooms are on the Second Floor to maximise views over the Bay and Freycinet Peninsula.

We appreciate our guests may have special requests. All efforts are made to satisfy such requests but cannot be guaranteed.

Late Arrivals
- If you know you will be arriving after 8.00pm please phone us during reception hours on 03 6257 8656 and we will advise you where to collect your key.
- If you have not been able to phone us in advance we offer the following mobile as an after hours contact – 0448 034634. This number is also listed on a sheet attached to our reception door
If, however, a guest makes no contact during business hours to advise of their late arrival or does not use the After Hours mobile contact listed above, and displayed on an information sheet attached to our reception door, we do not accept any responsibility for any additional accommodation costs incurred by the guest.

Booking Deposit: Total Charges of booking to be paid at the time of booking.
Cancellation: Any cancellation inside 7 days prior to date of arrival a cancellation fee of total deposit.
