Late Arrivals
Our reception operates from 8.00 am until 8.00 pm.
From experience we know some guests may be arriving after 8.00pm for a variety of reasons.
The following are details of how our guests may advise they are arriving after reception is closed.
We will always make provision for guests to collect their key. We just need to know of your late arrival in advance.
If you know you will be arriving after 8.00pm please phone us during reception hours on 03 6257 8656 and we will advise you where to collect your key.
If you have not been able to phone us in advance we offer the following mobile as an after hours contact – 0448 034634. This number is also listed on a sheet attached to our reception door.
